I been subscribed to this email, Data Breach Today, for years. It should not surprise anyone that Ukrainians are involved in a lot of the maleficence on the Internet. They have more than their fair share of sheisters. Trust me I know from personal (work) experience. Just because they are Russian linked does not mean they are all Russian. To be honest, I'd much rather do business with Russians, or Belarussians (again, personal experience).
