Can anybody tell me why FBI even has a link up for this topic? All I got was this white page after I clicked hoping for their own description.
Information on covert surveillance techniques do include various types harassment including with electronic equipment. Other agencies and the private sector have also been known to do this. I don't see any legitimate practical application in using "harassment as an assignment"..... i.e. Breanna Morello, Ryan Montgomery(srs #56) etc.
What do you guys think about this? Should these methods simply be reoriented or eliminated entirely?
