Joe Biden is still MIA, but at least he appeared via recor.. I mean phone call in Wilmington, Delaware so his VP could fully take over his campaign. USSS Director Kimberly Cheatle managed to create a bipartisan call for her resignation - she has declined so far.
And ALL of this personnel chaos and roster rumbling has distracted people, momentarily, from the REAL issues still in this election cycle.
